Meta-Cognition promotes a blended coaching methodology that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt Psychotherapy principles while synchronizing this with ICF based coaching principles. This kind of coaching can only happen on a bedrock of support, trust, and non-judgmental encouragement. Changing someone’s thinking can only happen in a very safe and secure environment.
